so I yanked myself off games for a while to focus on catching up on my tv shows and get more exercise while doing so because it’s hard to do with a controller.

I basically decided to rewatch every show I’d ever liked for the entire series run beginning to end back to back episodes. Sliders, weeds, xena, hercules, boardwalk empire, dexter (showtime not cartoon network), breaking bad, firefly, sarah connor chronicles, chuck, leverage, lexx, lie to me, my own worst enemy, dragonball and related Z and GT series, various anime shows like elfen lied, berserk, gilgamesh, get backers, I could probably fill several pages if I keep on like this so you get the idea, I’ve spent a couple straight months working out and watching tv 8 to 12 hours a day letting business run itself, and I’m in much better shape for it.

Now I find myself having to explain entire plot lines to people that remember any of the shows yet can’t remember the point of the show or just want a reminder. But for a current show who’s season finale just aired sunday I find it ridiculous to explain the awesome show “Game of Thrones” to some of these people. Ed Stark could’ve gone either way but his death was almost necessary to setup a new “mad king” in the form of prince joffrey, and turn Stark’s son into an avenger not unlike himself in his youth with Robert Baratheon. Additionally teaching a lesson that there’s a reason they didn’t let kids become kings. On the more important note the complaints about Khal Drogo, should stop he was never meant to last very long and he wasn’t a critical character. The simple breakdown is in the opening credits, there’s 4 important people to note of, the Wolf, the Elk, the Dragon, and the Lion, the wolf being the Stark family, elk is Baratheon, Dragon is Targaryen, and lion is Lanister. Drogo was merely a method to transfer power to the Targaryens which now only consists of the one and her dragons but all the same she’s now a mighty force.

The way I see it, is they’re still focusing in on the key players, the white walkers have no leader I’ve heard of so far if they’ll ever get one, and the Baratheons are almost gone, leaving only Stanis the now retired Knight / Guard, and the Bastard armorers apprentice, which I’m not sure how they’ll come back yet. I likely see the white walkers getting past the wall while every worth while force is in the south only to march straight into the Targaryen army as they’re crossing the sea. If not then perhaps they divide the land in two and as the armies march north the Targaryen’s march opposite and sandwhich the white walkers giving a short reprieve or landing near kings landing just after the armies march home into the walkers.

Back to an earlier point I was trying to get at, Starks have focused in on a leader, while Lanister isn’t quite as clear, being as joffrey is being counted as both Baratheon by belief and Lanister by fact, and my soon be deposed by any number of means, I’m not sure how to count him but his mother is certainly the brain trust on the throne. Though the Imp may change that, and while jaimme may be captured if he turns there’d be a split in the Lanister faction, and his father Tywin is the leader of the army I don’t see Tywin as having enough screen time to become a very important leader, at least not yet.

 I’ve decided this blog now that I’ve revised it for my idea, will not be for my inner thoughts, mannerisms, confessions, or reflecting any sort of my true personality.

It’s not yet clear what it will be for, but it’s becoming clearer what it’s not going to be for which in due time will provide a process of elimination as to what it will be for.

For those of you that actually know me face to face, this is not for you and you can all suck a big fat dildo then shove it 3 feet up your ass. This blog and all of its contents are not meant to be seen by you so stop looking.

No religion I’ve come across seems to ring true to me. Many have good ideals and even good followers more than bad or a lack of hypocrisy but all the same something doesn’t fit. It’s not always the same thing but there’s always something missing.

My particular view therefore is that I acknowledge the potential for a higher power, but no current religion accurately conveys this power. By higher power I mean a deity of sorts not like aliens or something.

Feel free to persuade me, just make sure you come with your guns loaded, I don’t want some half attempt.

Something I’ve thought long and hard on, because there’s not much else to do while driving, flying, or any sort of long distance travel.

My perfect zombie survival fortress really works for any given apocalypse. On the edge of a curved cliff underground with some sort of other perimeter set up to funnel any incoming zombies so a very small force can hold off a very large number of incoming Z’s. A way to accept new survivors by a semi truck sized elevator/platform that seals off at the top/ground level, which has direct access to a holding chamber where we can safely evaluate them for any signs of infection.

Rather than say an island even if highly elevated so all edges are cliffs, because I’d rather not have to deal with swimming zombies or ones that breathe underwater, or deal with tsunami’s etc.

preferably the perimeter would have several layers of defense which would include traps, landmines, acid pools, spikes, stuff to force Z’s off the cliff, etc. the road would be perfectly safe as long as you stay on it, with a tall wall surrounding it. If available, some cleaning robots to remove zombies from the road keep it clear for survivors. Automated guns or probably remote controlled, depends on whether or not they can be used to distinguish survivors from zombies with 100% accuracy. This would be located near large amounts of salt, a fresh water supply, preferably iron or other natural resources. The first area would be like a house, merely as a diversion as this would have entry to the main facility, it would have cameras and sensors to detect the presence of people or zombies and is more or less so the last line of defense before the interior of the main facility.

The main facility itself would have geothermal heating which would also be used for pat of the electrical supply, which would also include solar and wind sources, and any other available power methods. Hydroponic farming based on what renewable resources are available. A large housing system so many survivors could have their own apartment of sorts, though it may be small. An armory, cooking facilities and eating area much like a large cafeteria. A machinery area to replace mechanical parts as necessary, scrapping cars for new uses. Making new ammunition, computers if possible etc. An advanced communication system would run throughout the facility as well as an alarm system to inform survivors of an attack by other survivors, riots, infection etc.

Basically a fully sustainable self sufficient city with a strong military force and strong environmental advantage.

I’ve been trying to work out how we would get meat if we would get any at all, but animals have been proving a difficult idea to incoorperate.

There’d be a waste management system.
Recreational areas for survivors to enjoy them selves if that’s still possible.

And the final two necessities would be a broadcasting tower system, for internet, radio, tv etc to let people know where to go, and an escape system if the facility becomes compromised.

I’ve also been working out how to include in the machine area a way to make new lightbulbs, weapons, smelting areas, you name it.

You could think of it like building a city into a large circular tower, set in five sections based on purpose with a center column that acts as a large elevator.

Medical facilities would be located on each floor, though training would prove difficult I’m sure we could manage something basic. Making new medical supplies would probably be the most difficult to accomplish.

Machine area would include some textiles for making new clothing as necessary. Ventilation would most likely use an advanced system for purifying air, with a self cleaning method, occasionally venting for fresh air.

A recycling center would be below the hydroponic farming area.

You get the idea, it’s everything you have now, in a much more compact area.

I figured if people are curious then here’s some of my job skills.

I’m currently working as an indie game developer, trying to get my first game published, other than that I’m currently looking for a paying job.

I worked as a Professional Driver, as a test driver, stunt driver in an indie film, and a chauffeur for a magazine producer.

In the past I’ve worked in construction and demolition, and as a website developer.

Most people that know me agree I’m the go to guy for computers. I’m fluent in several programming languages including C++, D, Java, visual basic, and dos. My web programming languages I separate but I’m still familiar with php, javascript, css, x/html, flash, etc. Granted flash is more than just web I just see it more as a content creation language than a legit programming language.

I’m also good at picking out hardware for people looking for new computers, hacking for legit purposes, aka white hat, fixing any random issue your computer is having including preventing BSOD’s for windows people (blue screen of death for those that don’t know) and well any computer problem really, and if you’re looking for recommendations on programs I’m pretty good about that too.

If you’re having a hard time understanding something about a computer I’m also excellent at rephrasing things so people can understand in normal language.

Last but not least, I’ve done some pro level gaming, won a few tournaments, but I don’t plan on turning it into a revenue, but my love for games is beyond extreme so this had to be in here somewhere.

I”m working on the CSS for the layout, so far I’ve got the content and posts done up, sidebar is about all that’s left but it’ll have to wait a day or two. I’ll be sharing once it’s done

My computer, or my game consoles, it’s a toss up, though they both have moving parts so… my monitor which may appear to move because of electrical reactions but I guess considering everything nothing’s truly inanimate but that’s splitting hairs, let’s just say I appreciate most “inanimate” objects

so it’s best to dive right in, like programming “Hello World” or something like that, now I begin the slow process of seeing what tumblr is and adjusting to it before integrating it into my daily life.
